Since September 2001, Synapse IT has been providing SMEs with solid quality Information Management advice relating to systems integration, risk management and quality improvement processes designed to assist organisations bridge the gap between their IM/IT needs and the technology needed to close it.

Synapse IT has been providing network/desktop support to both Divisions of General practice, and directly to General Practices across the Sydney metropolitan area since 2004.

Support Services.

We offer varying levels of, retainer based, desktop/network support as well as delivering on systems integration projects. Our consultants are experienced in all Microsoft Windows operating systems and their related office productivity software packages. Since 2004, Synapse has been engaging with General Practitioners to improve their information management at a surgery level, by offering clinical software support in addition to their existing support arrangements with the software vendors. Our consultants are proficient in the installation, configuration and support of HCN Medical Director & Pracsoft, Best Practice, Practix, Monet and Genie.

Web Design.

We have a couple of qualified web/graphic designers who relish the opportunity to work on web sites of varying sizes, from the simple online presence through to content management systems. Coding skills range from standard HTML/Javascript to the slightly more advanced PHP/AJAX/mySQL.

ISP.

Established in 2005, Square ISP is an arm of Synapse, aiming to provide business grade internet connectivity without the associated high costs.

Retail products.

As a boutique retailer, we do not keep or replenish stock levels of either consumables or computer systems. Through our excellent relationship with some of Australia's largest equipment wholesalers, we are however able to quote and deliver just about any item within two (2) work days.
