Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The Policy

As part of Square ISP quality service to our clients, we have implemented this acceptable use policy to ensure that each client and subscribers use of the service:

* You = subscriber/client/customer/user or any person who accesses the service using the subscribers access details;
* Policy = this document, as may be amended by Square ISP from time to time without notice.
* Service = a residential or commercial DSL/broadband service by Square ISP, together with associated services and software such as email facilities, web space and customer support.

2. When this policy come into effect

This policy applies immediately if you are a new subscriber to the service. For current subscribers the policy applies immediately as this policy is posted on our website www.square.net.au , changes can be made at anytime to this policy without notice and will take immediate effect.

3. Security

3.1 Password: You must keep confidential the password you use to subscribe to the service. You remain responsible for any use of the service made by using your password, and will be liable for any charges, which apply for excess usage, and also any other outcome which requires a penalty payment.

3.2 Unauthorised Access: You must not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any computer system. Including unauthorised access to Square ISP’s system.

3.3 Attacks on third party systems: You must not participate in any attempt to cause any computer system to malfunction, whether by the way of viruses, worms, torjan horses, denial of service attacks or otherwise.
